Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience, including Growth/ecommerce impact.
• Experience with onboarding and merchandising surfaces, driving conversion and product adoption.
• Proficient in iterative experimentation (A/B testing) and strategic governance.
• Ability to conduct UX research and translate insights into design decisions.
• Strong storytelling and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Growth, define roadmap and lead design work.
