Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design across multiple areas and to steward a scalable design system. This remote Canada role partners with Product, Engineering, and leadership to raise design standards and influence the product roadmap.

Ideal candidates have a strong systems mindset, great collaboration skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality, user-centered experiences in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience in software, SaaS, or digital products.
• Significant experience building, managing, or scaling design systems.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product ownership and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives across multiple product areas.
• Provide design system leadership and establish scalable design patterns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and decisions.
• Mentor fellow designers and promote high-quality design standards.
