Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience within software, SaaS, or digital product organizations.
• Significant experience building, managing, or scaling design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership, systems thinking, and measurable impact.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working on complex workflows and multi-surface product experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product design initiatives across multiple product areas.
• Design System leadership is essential.
• Shape scalable design patterns, frameworks, and user experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and strategic decisions.
• Establish and evolve design standards across the organization.
• Help create a world-class design culture focused on quality, usability, and business impact.
• Lead design efforts from discovery and research through delivery and iteration.
• Maintain and expand a scalable design system used across multiple products and teams.
• Create reusable components, interaction patterns, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and consistency.
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and align teams around user and business needs.
• Define best practices for design processes and team collaboration.
• Mentor and support fellow designers through feedback, reviews, and coaching.
• Influence product strategy through research, insights, and design leadership.
