Félix is hiring a senior product designer to shape how we design with generative and declarative UI on WhatsApp and native surfaces. You will lead across squads, define patterns, and ship v1 while balancing product goals, user needs, and compliance considerations.

You will collaborate with PMs and engineers, embracing async-first processes and shipping high-quality experiences that feel magical yet reliable for a broad US audience.

Formación

• 8+ years designing consumer products with a high bar for craft and two years leading design on a conversational or AI-native product.
• Track record leading discovery across product teams and turning it into direction.
• Hands-on experience with declarative UI: components as structured specs that engineers instantiate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery across products. Own questions and analyze transcripts, analytics, and user interviews to derive hard findings.
• Define declarative UI patterns and how the model interacts within the interface.
• Ship v1 on WhatsApp and then on native iOS and Android.
• Set conversation direction and ensure products coexist in one thread with context carry.
• Collaborate with squad designers to apply direction across Credit, Core Send, Activations, and others.
• Treat compliance as design material and integrate disclosures and consent in the conversation.
