Job summary

Flex, a NYC-headquartered fintech, is seeking a Staff Product Designer for the Property Hub team. You will shape the B2B product vision, connect cross-functional teams, and lead end-to-end design across critical projects in a highly measured, collaborative environment.

You\'ll work with PMs, engineers, data analysts, partnerships, and operations to craft design systems, AI-enabled workflows, and revenue-impacting experiences for property managers and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and shipping products, including experience with business-facing or professional tools.
• Strong web app design experience with dense data views, reporting, and multi-step workflows.
• Experience designing for multi-user, multi-role workflows.
• Comfort with experimentation, data analysis, and design for tests and pilots.

Responsibilities

• Design for a newer area of the business by shaping and driving the vision for our B2B product, and owning the strategy and end-to-end execution.
• Connect and align multiple teams through complex design challenges, weaving separate visions into one cohesive ecosystem.
• Lead design exploration and solutions on the most critical projects across your area, staying close enough to the work to set the standard by doing it.
• Establish and evolve design-system standards and AI-enabled workflows across products.
• Collaborate with PM, analytics, operations, and engineering to structure experiments and pilots.
