Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience with 1–2 years in AI-driven products.
• Strong portfolio showing complex human-AI interaction design.
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and constraints.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and testing methodologies.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Design the human-AI interaction for Spring Health's user-facing AI agents across web and mobile.
• Own the intent architecture end-to-end and drive release rigor for AI experiences.
• Write, test, and optimize system prompts and UX copy to support users in distress.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Product teams to ensure clinically valid behavior change.
• Define conversational parameters and handle edge cases and hallucinations.
• Work with engineers to implement prompt versioning and evaluate quality.
• Design and prototype chat interfaces, latency considerations, and onboarding.
• Present conversational architecture and AI performance to executives.
