Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, partnering with product, engineering, and research to define content models and publishing workflows suitable for enterprise marketing teams. The role emphasizes systems thinking across interconnected surfaces, AI-assisted design, and collaboration with engineers on API and data architecture.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products.
• Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
• Systems thinking at scale with interconnected surfaces.
• Comfort with technical depth and collaboration with engineers on API design and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end from discovery to publish.
• Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, publish content across sites and channels.
• Design for humans and agents, enabling AI-assisted workflows with controls and trust signals.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape product strategy before pixels get pushed.
• Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
