Base pay range

$220,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

You’ll lead design efforts on platforms that surface critical insights from millions of data points gathered in the field. If you're passionate about simplifying complexity and designing for users in varied environments, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead design for dashboards, mobile tools, and visualization systems
• Create scalable, globally relevant design systems
• Conduct user research across diverse cultural and tech contexts
• Simplify complex data workflows for field agents and enterprise clients
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship high-quality solutions
• Shape product direction and adoption through great design

What you bring:

• Strong portfolio of data-rich, user-centric applications
• Experience in product design for global or underserved markets
