Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end design of AI-enabled workflows within a B2B SaaS platform. You will lead usability studies, synthesize analytics, and craft secure, multi-tenant interfaces while collaborating with Product and Engineering.

The role requires hands-on use of Claude for interactive prototypes and active contribution to design systems, with a focus on reducing cognitive load and user errors in high-stakes security contexts.

Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience.
At least 3+ years designing B2B SaaS experiences in a platform environment.
Proven portfolio demonstrating strong handling of high-complexity UI challenges, including multi-dimensional data, analytics dashboarding, permissions management, or deep system nesting.
Hands-on use of AI in design practice, including prompting AI tooling such as Claude to build interactive prototypes in code grounded in an existing codebase and design system.
Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
Strong fluency with Figma and related AI-assisted design tooling.
Understanding of cognitive load, decision-making frameworks, and designing interfaces that reduce user error in high-stakes security environments.
Hands-on experience integrating usability testing, product analytics, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design of AI-enabled workflows, including third-party vendor risk assessments, automated security questionnaires, and continuous monitoring.
Run usability tests and synthesize behavioral and product analytics using FullStory and Pendo.
Design for role-based access control, multi-tenant environments, and complex data-filtering mechanisms.
Work directly against the codebase and design system, using Claude to produce interactive prototypes.
Leverage AI to synthesize research, visualize concepts, explore edge cases, and validate functional prototypes.
Contribute to the design system, ensuring durable patterns, machine readability for AI prototyping, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
Lead collaborative prototyping workshops and improve the product design team's AI fluency.
Partner with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous briefs into defensible solutions and challenge briefs with evidence.
