We’re seeking an exceptional Staff Product Designer to join their mission-driven team and shape the future of how users interact with information and probability.

The Role

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll lead the design of intuitive, impactful user experiences for a platform that’s redefining its industry. Based in our client’s NYC office, you’ll work in a fast-paced startup environment, creating net-new features, iterating rapidly based on user feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class product. This is an in-person role, with relocation support available.

What You'll Do

• Invent the unseen: Dream up net-new features that don’t just solve problems—they redefine what’s possible.
• Ship Fast, Iterate Faster: We move quick. You’ll design, launch, and refine based on real user feedback, all while keeping the pace blistering.
• Team Up: Work with engineers, data folks, and our bold leadership to bring your ideas to life. You don’t need to speak code, but we expect you to be able sell your vision to stakeholders with ease.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in product design, with at least 4 years in a Senior Designer role. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing shipped work. Bonus points for solving complex problems in ambiguous spaces.
• Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity and is energized by the challenge of working in a fast-paced, innovative startup. Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Location: Must be willing to work in-person at our client’s NYC office. Relocation support is available.
