Google is seeking a Data Scientist/Analytics Engineer to support the CTM Data Science team, powering analytics for Google's 3B+ users. You will partner with product and engineering to translate data into actionable insights that guide decisions.

You will design scalable data models, semantic layers, and dashboards, enabling self-serve analytics across Workspace apps. The role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities across Sunnyvale, Boulder, New York and Seattle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 10 years of analytics experience with product or business problems, statistics, and coding (or 8 years with a Master's).

Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of metric frameworks quantifying engagement and productivity.
• Bridge product engineering and central data infrastructure teams to drive multi-team telemetry projects.
• Design scalable data models and analytics architecture across product domains.
• Scope and drive self-serve analytics with semantic layers, metric stores, and dashboards.
