About the Role

As a Staff Product Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in shaping product strategy through data. You will partner closely with product leadership to define key metrics, perform deep product performance analysis, and deliver actionable insights that drive impact across the organization. This is an opportunity to work on a high-growth platform at scale, with the chance to influence next-generation developer tools and AI-powered products.

Role Responsibilities

  • Define and build core product metrics and dashboards that empower product and executive teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to inform roadmap decisions through data.
  • Establish and scale visibility into product performance, user engagement, and adoption trends.
  • Explore opportunities to apply light data science and modeling techniques to enhance product insights.
  • Champion a modern data stack and contribute to the evolution of analytical capabilities across the org.

Key Skill Requirements

Must-Have Experience:

  • 6+ years in a product analytics role, ideally within SaaS, developer tools, B2B, or consumer tech environments.
  • Expertise in SQL with strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable product insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence product strategy through data storytelling.

Bonus Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with modern data tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Hex, Sigma, Omni, Fivetran, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with open-source developer platforms or infrastructure products.
  • Background working in high-growth, high-scale tech companies with a strong product-led culture.
