You will have the opportunity to directly impact our business by enabling cross-functional teams to leverage data and insights in their strategy and decision-making.

As a Product Analyst, you will:

  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for process improvement and recommending highly scalable solutions.
  • Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders across Maven, highlighting opportunities to better serve our members.
  • Mentor and guide mid-level analysts, providing guidance to team members on best practices, coding standards, and design principles.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant analytics or data science experience, with 3+ years supporting Product teams.
  • Fluency in SQL and a strong background in data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R.
  • An ability to juggle both long-term, strategic projects and ad hoc, urgent requests as needed.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.

Preferred Qualifications:
