CaptivateIQ is seeking a Staff Product Manager – Modeling Platform to define and evolve the foundational modeling capabilities that power multiple products. You will shape primitives, structures, and interfaces that enable scalable, reusable models across the platform.

In this role you’ll partner with Engineering, Design, and product teams to balance abstraction with flexibility, establish clear contracts, and position the modeling platform for an AI-native future while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform or data products.
• Experience building shared platform capabilities across multiple products.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineers on architecture.
• Experience with modeling systems and data-centric design.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and complex tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Modeling Platform strategy and roadmap.
• Define durable platform abstractions and boundaries.
• Partner with Engineering on data models, schemas, and APIs.
• Ground platform decisions in real modeling problems across domains.
• Connect platform architecture to product experiences for business users.
• Drive alignment across teams (Product, Engineering, Design).
• Build for an AI-native future with deterministic execution.
