Homebound seeks a Staff Product Manager, Physical AI, to own the technology bringing AI to construction sites. You will translate vision into an end-to-end roadmap across field operations, engineering, and construction teams.

You have 8+ years in product management and a track record shipping applied AI in production. You’ll work closely with engineers and executives to shape the future of field technology at Homebound.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of product management, including end-to-end ownership of a complex, technical product at staff-level scope.
• A track record of shipping applied AI - computer vision, multimodal, LLM/agent-based, or ML systems - that took meaningful action in production.
• Technical fluency to operate as a peer to engineers and ML teams.
• A real point of view on emerging AI, with defended positions.
• 0 to 1 experience taking a product from concept through launch to real-world adoption.
• Communication that translates between field personnel, ML engineers, and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own the field AI strategy and roadmap across the portfolio from concept to rollout.
• Ship AI into the physical environment with robust on-site performance.
• Build the quality bar with eval sets and safety-focused review processes.
• Define direction for field technology and align with teams building homes.
• Drive initiatives across Construction Operations, Field Operations, and Engineering.
• Define measurable success metrics and run experiments to improve accuracy and adoption.
