Job summary

GiveCampus is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own data and integrations end‑to‑end, ensuring schools send complete data reliably at scale across multiple CRMs (Blackbaud, Salesforce, Ellucian, Veracross, Slate) and partner ecosystems.

You’ll work with Engineering, Partner Success, Data Science, and Marketing, driving strategy, discovery, and execution in a remote‑first, US‑based role with AI‑driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Significant PM experience (typically 6+ years) owning complex data and integration products from 0‑to‑1 and through real scale in high‑growth environments.
• Hands-on with major CRM platforms (Blackbaud, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience managing technical partnerships for 2+ years.
• AI‑native mindset with experience shipping AI‑powered tooling.
• Discovery and data instincts with ability to validate ideas with real users.
• Technical fluency with engineers and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own data movement and integrations end‑to‑end, beyond the roadmap to outcome.
• Own and shape external partnerships—CRM vendors, connector partners, and consultancies.
• Ship AI‑enabled data mapping and transformation tooling.
• Move fast and set the pace across product, data, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Partner Success, Data Science, and Marketing.
