Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Staff Product Manager for AI Foundations to own the core AI infrastructure and evaluation systems across our security and compliance platform. You’ll build the foundational agent harness and quality standards used by all products, partnering with senior engineers to design scalable, observable systems.

You have 8+ years in platform or infrastructure products, hands-on LLM work, and a systems-thinking mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or technically deep products.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and understanding evaluation/observability signals.
• Ability to hold your own in deeply technical design discussions with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own agent harness strategy and roadmap.
• Own AI quality and evaluation stack.
• Develop golden datasets and automated evaluators.
• Provide shared capabilities for internal product teams.
