Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff PLM Analyst to own BOM standards, change management, and data governance across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management. You will mentor junior analysts and ensure PLM data integrity as products evolve from concept through end-of-life.

The role requires deep server architecture knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with PLM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management experience.
• Strong understanding of server and data center architecture.
• Experience defining team-wide processes and standards for Engineering Change Orders and change control.

Responsibilities

• Define BOM structure standards, templates, and governance policies across the hardware organization.
• Own end-to-end ECO/ECN process design, governance, escalation paths, and exception handling.
• Serve as PLM system administrator and data steward for clean, consistent product records.
• Train and support end users on PLM tools, processes, and SOPs; collaborate with ERP teams to synchronize PLM and ERP data.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs by ensuring PLM readiness at program gates.
