This senior individual contributor defines vision and direction for core platform capabilities, with a focus on unified identity and entitlement fulfilment across a fragmented product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity, entitlement management, fulfilment engines, data platforms, developer platforms, or runtime platforms at scale.
• 5+ years of experience defining and driving platform strategy in complex, multi-product B2B environments.
• 5+ years of experience working with modern architectures and partnering across business and technical teams to deliver platform capabilities.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional alignment and influencing product, engineering, and business stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product vision and strategy for foundational platform capabilities, including identity and entitlement fulfilment.
• Own the product strategy for unified identity layer, ensuring identity is resolved and maintained as a single source of truth.
• Define and drive entitlement fulfilment to support provisioning, enforcement, access control, and monetization.
• Partner with billing, licensing, and commerce teams to connect purchases with product access across the platform.
• Act as the primary platform PM liaison to product lines, aligning stakeholders and ensuring architectural consistency.
• Establish data standards, APIs, and scalable access models for MSP tenants and enterprise IT structures.
• Define the north star metric and measurement framework; lead quarterly reviews for leadership visibility.
• Mentor junior PMs and represent platform in executive forums with business outcomes.
