Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Kaseya platform to guide identity and entitlement fulfilment across a multi-product portfolio. This senior IC role focuses on strategy, architecture, and cross‑functional influence to unlock new revenue and scale differentiation.

You will drive a unified identity layer, define access models, and partner across billing, licensing, and commerce to ensure seamless product access. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity, entitlement management, fulfilment engines, data platforms, developer platforms, or runtime platforms at scale.
• 5+ years of experience defining and driving platform strategy in complex, multi-product B2B environments.
• 5+ years of experience working with modern architectures and partnering across business and technical teams to deliver platform capabilities.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional alignment and influencing product, engineering, and business stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define the long‑term product vision and strategy for foundational platform capabilities, including identity and data standards across M&A portfolio.
• Own the unified identity layer strategy, resolving and maintaining a single source of truth for customer, account, and user identity.
• Define and drive the entitlement fulfilment model to support provisioning, enforcement, access control, and monetization.
• Partner with billing, licensing, and commerce teams to connect purchases with product access across the platform.
• Act as the platform PM liaison to product lines, aligning stakeholders and ensuring architectural consistency.
• Establish data standards, APIs, and scalable access models supporting MSP tenant hierarchies and enterprise IT structures.
• Define the platform north star metric and lead quarterly reviews to show progress and business impact.
• Mentor junior PMs and represent platform strategies in executive forums.
