Anyscale is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical vision for our Infrastructure team, driving the architectural evolution of the control and data planes that scale Ray workloads across diverse environments.

You will mentor engineers, establish standards for cloud-native infrastructure, and collaborate with the Ray community and product teams to deliver robust platforms that enable scalable AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production-grade distributed systems experience.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes-based deployments and scale.
• Strong Go and Python programming with coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Architectural leadership; define multi-year roadmaps for Ray cluster orchestration across clouds and on-premises.
• Lead design and optimization of high-performance control plane components for large-scale workloads.
• Set reliability, scalability, and observability standards for Anyscale-managed infra.
