Job summary

Legora AB is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead delivery of high‑impact features and build scalable systems in a fast-paced environment. In this senior position, you’ll own delivery from design through production, driving innovation while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other teams.

You’ll work with React, Node.js, AWS, Azure and Kubernetes, mentor engineers, and champion automation to accelerate feature delivery while maintaining high technical standards.

• Champion automation and process improvements that accelerate feature delivery and maintain technical excellence.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance standards are met as features move from prototype to release.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high‑trust environment that values rapid delivery.
