Legora is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to join an enabling team focused on making life easier for developers. You will improve reliability, boost performance, and build a rock-solid platform that scales with the company.

You’ll work hands-on across infrastructure and backend systems, helping teams ship faster, safer, and smarter. Responsibilities include building core infrastructure, guiding SRE efforts, and proactively monitoring for hyperscale reliability.

Qualifications

• Years of experience as a backend engineer with solid infrastructure, observability and monitoring know-how.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling.
• Proactive, independent problem solver comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build core infrastructure and reliability abstractions used by engineering teams.
• Help teams structure SRE efforts: observability, alerting, fault tolerance and reliability.
• Proactively monitor and scale infrastructure for hyperscale and reliability.
• Contribute to incident response and post-incident learning.
• Collaborate across Azure, with Pulumi as the primary IaC tool, and explore AI deployments on AWS/GCP.
