Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and operating large-scale backend platforms.
• Deep expertise in building, scaling, and modernizing production Django applications.
• Expert-level experience in architecting and operating cloud environments within AWS.
• Proven ability to design resilient, secure, and scalable systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Postgres architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience building observability and incident management practices.
• Demonstrated success in influencing technical direction across teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to develop other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for platform infrastructure.
• Design and review complex system architectures.
