Job summary

Evolve is on a mission to simplify vacation rental technology. We’re seeking a Staff Engineer to help build, secure, and scale our platform, influencing architecture across teams and driving initiatives to reduce tech debt.

You’ll lead CI/CD, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and cloud reliability while embedding security and evaluating AI tooling to advance the engineering org.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DevOps transformations and CI/CD design.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Ability to architect secure infrastructure with IAM least-privilege.
• Experience evaluating AI tooling in production contexts.
