Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems, AI capabilities, and frontend experiences while mentoring teams and embedding AI features to automate workflows.

You will drive DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and data integrations, delivering scalable microservices, robust dashboards, and high-availability platforms across the payer operations domain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full‑stack development, architecture, and scalable applications.
• Mastery of modern JS/TS frameworks and data visualization libraries.
• Deep expertise in server‑side languages and microservices design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications.
• Architect dashboards and data visualization surfaces for complex data insights.
