Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and reliability in production plants.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operability, reliability, and functional integrity of assets.
• Manage larger/complex turnarounds (break/fix).
• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple investments; assist major investments planning.
• Troubleshoot asset and process problems.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement equipment/process improvements to remove bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with technical rules, company policies, and operational excellence practices.
• Coordinate internal and external service providers.
• Execute smaller projects from planning to startup.
