Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a Staff Physician to join our physician-led geriatrics practice. Compensation starts at $210,000–$265,000 per year and includes base pay plus bonus and incentives.

We offer a signing bonus, excellent compensation with bonus potential, full malpractice coverage, and strong work-life balance. CME time and allowance, 401(k) with match, and dues reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited program with residency in primary care.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Minimum 3 years of medical practice experience.
• Geriatric fellowship training is preferred.

Compensation: starting at $210,000 - $265,000 per year (Includes Base + Bonus + Incentive)

What you will need:

• Requires a medical degree from an accredited program, completion of a primary care residency program, with Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience
• Candidates with geriatric fellowship training are preferred
