Hours

Monday - Friday, 1pm-10pm

No weekends or holidays!

Responsibilities

As a staff physician, you are a vital part of a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient care. Your patients and your medical and support team will look to you for problem-solving and leadership. You will assess patients, provide treatments, and ensure an exceptional experience, making a difference in the lives of those we serve. This role offers the opportunity to impact the health of America’s workforce and enjoy personal time after work.

Qualifications

• Clinic-based position providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal outcomes.
• Fosters collaboration, professionalism, safety, quality care, and continuous improvement.
• Maintains relationships with clients and payers.
• Embodies Orange Book values.
• Active and unrestricted license; DEA license; dispensing license for jurisdiction; eligibility for Medicare.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify through Concentra’s DOT training.

• Many clinics operate M-F, 8-5, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Compensation includes base salary ($218,000 - $300,000), bonuses, paid time off, insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more.
• Position is eligible for a salary based on experience and location.
