Job summary

Physical Therapy Advantage in Illinois is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic practice. You will provide expert manual therapy and create individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient caseload.

Initial workload ranges 10–15 hours weekly with potential to grow to 24 hours or more; you will work collaborative with a supportive team and have access to ongoing mentorship and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligible for licensure).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert manual therapy and individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
• Manage a caseload of 20-30 visits per week (part-time).

• Maintain professional communication with patients and referring physicians.
• Engage in monthly clinical trainings and continuing education opportunities.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Provide expert manual therapy and individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.

Manage a caseload of 20-30 visits per week (for part‑time) with regular reassessments and progress tracking.

Follow‑up sessions are 30 minutes each. Initial evaluations are scheduled for one hour.

Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery.

Maintain professional communication with patients, team members, and referring physicians.

Stay engaged in ongoing learning, including monthly clinical training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
