Qualifications

DPT from an accredited program.
Current Texas PT license.
BLS/CPR certification.
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans.
Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions.
