Therapy Partners of North Texas in Denton, TX is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy within a collaborative, patient-centered clinic. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal recovery.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, applying modalities, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Texas Physical Therapy license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent EMR/documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication with patients and families.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Experience with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions.
