Job summary

Therapy Partners of North Texas is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Plano, TX. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and promote independence within a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, patient education, and meticulous documentation, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Strong clinical assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and documentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques and modalities to address impairments.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and home exercises.
• Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team for coordinated patient care.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and communicate outcomes to the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Pursue professional growth through ongoing learning and best practices.
