Job summary

Therapy Partners of North Texas is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Plano, TX team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and promote independence in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program and Texas license or eligibility.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and professional liability insurance.
• Strong clinical assessment, evaluation and treatment planning skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques addressing impairments.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; communicate outcomes with the team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in ongoing education.
• Demonstrate professional growth through continued learning.
