Join Our Team as a Staff Physical Therapist at Allaire Health Services

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team at Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. This role involves promoting the physical well-being and recovery of our residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Allaire Health Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $45.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with disabilities to relieve pain and improve function.
• Ensure all treatments adhere to the established care plan.
• Provide support and instruction to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Measure and record patient motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Monitor patient responses and modify treatments as necessary.
• Complete documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• SNF/Long-term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities.
