Responsibilities:

• Manage patient schedules and meet productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including state and federal laws.
• Accurately document patient visits within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on policies and procedures.
• Generate referrals and discuss their importance with patients.
• Perform administrative tasks such as patient check-ins and scheduling.
