Job summary

CAPS, part of the B. Braun Group in the U.S., is the nation’s largest network of outsourcing admixture pharmacies. The Staff Pharmacist will prepare sterile products, supervise IV technicians, and ensure compliance with state and CAPS SOPs as part of a senior clinical team.

Requirements include a PharmD or Bachelor’s degree, TX pharmacist license, ACPE IV certification, and 1+ year of related experience. Schedule is 7-on/7-off (Wed–Tue), with potential holidays and overtime; salary range listed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PharmD required.
• 1+ years related experience required.
• Valid TX Pharmacist license required.
• ACPE IV certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique.
• Ensures compliance with State Board of Pharmacy and CAPS SOPs.
• Reviews orders and dispenses medications; resolves discrepancies.
• Assists in supervision of IV technicians and interns; on-call coverage as needed.
• Maintains inventory and supports successful pharmacy operations.
