Performs duties of distribution, documentation and compounding related to drugs, solutions and equipment to meet the needs of patients and staff.
Responsible for the reviewing, compounding, dispensing and monitoring of medication therapy for infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, including dosing variations, nutritional needs and disease states across age groups.
Supervises pharmacy technician activities including monitoring of all orders filled by auxiliary personnel.
Performs patient-focused care clinical activities throughout the hospital to provide patients with optimal medication therapy.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Pharmacy.
