Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely with counseling as needed.
• Provide immunizations and patient education to improve outcomes.
• Oversee pharmacy operations when acting as the pharmacist on duty.
• Lead the pharmacy team and coach technicians while ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain inventory controls and cold chain integrity.
