Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care in our retail pharmacy. You will counsel patients, ensure accurate dispensing, and support immunization services while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising the pharmacy team, coordinating with the Pharmacy Manager, and ensuring operational efficiency and patient satisfaction on a routine basis.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications with accuracy and care while ensuring patient safety.
• Lead pharmacy operations when the Pharmacy Manager is not on duty and coach staff.
• Administer immunizations and participate in patient care services as permitted by state law.
• Follow pharmacy procedures, uphold safety guidelines, and safeguard patient privacy.
