• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot as needed to meet patient and business needs.
• Verify prescription information and ensure labeling accuracy for patient safety.
• Provide counseling and immunizations and support pharmacy team performance.
