Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in daily operations.
• Lead with empathy, motivate and develop staff, and drive growth and performance in the pharmacy.
• Ensure accurate dispensing, manage inventory, and optimize workflow.
• Contribute to patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
