Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Massachusetts to deliver patient-centered care, uphold safety standards, and contribute to pharmacy operations under the guidance of the Pharmacy Manager.

You will supervise Pharmacy Support Staff, manage workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and focus on quality, service, and accurate dispensing to support the CVS Health mission.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and high-quality pharmacy practice.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff.
• Oversee regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and workflow management.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage inventory and profitability.
