Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification from an accredited organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Lead pharmacy staff and support personnel under the Pharmacy Manager.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, QA, and workflow management.
• Drive customer service, clinical programs and patient care initiatives.
