Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead dispensing, counseling and immunization activities in a fast-paced store setting in Wisconsin. The role supports the Pharmacy Manager and ensures safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and delivering compassionate service to patients while protecting privacy and improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Dispense medications safely and accurately and counsel patients.
• Provide immunizations and participate in patient care activities as directed.
• Support pharmacy operations and coaching of team members as needed.
