Job summary

CVS Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, supervise bench shifts, and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and immunization services.

You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager, support patient care, manage inventory with a focus on cold chain, and uphold regulatory compliance while maintaining flexibility for scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot to meet needs.
• Explain and provide patient counseling, immunizations and safe dispensing.
• Lead pharmacy team and supervise daily operations as pharmacist-on-duty.
