Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversight of the pharmacy during bench shifts and coaching the team to improve performance measures.
• Assumes Pharmacy Manager's duties when acting as the primary pharmacist on duty.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Deliver immunizations and mentor Pharmacy Technicians to immunize where permissible.
• Manage inventory with emphasis on protecting cold chain products and regulatory compliance.
