Pharmacists provide comprehensive care, manage immunizations, and participate in programs that enhance patient outcomes while supporting a value-based care model.

Qualifications

• Pharmacists must hold a current pharmacy license and be eligible to obtain it.
• PharmD degree or MTM certification required.
• Active immunization certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• NPI number is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty with customers.
• Promote Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill and Medication Synchronization; enroll patients.
• Lead the team by coaching and maintaining high patient-service standards.
• Organize workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
• Deliver clinical services including CMR, TMR, CMM, disease state management, and immunizations.
• Develop LTC business and communicate opportunities with marketers.
