Thrifty White Pharmacy is hiring a Staff Pharmacist in Brainerd, MN. The role focuses on patient care, clinical services, and disease state management beyond filling prescriptions.

Pharmacists will perform Comprehensive Medication Reviews, Immunizations, and participate in Ready Refill and other Thrifty White programs, while contributing to LTC and specialty services. The position emphasizes top-of-license practice and value-based care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required or ability to obtain.
• PharmD or MTM Certification must be provided.
• Current Immunization Certification required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• NPI Number is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
• Leads team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structures and organizes workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Deliver clinical services to patients, including Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR), Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR), Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), Disease State Management, and Immunizations.
• Develops and follows up on long term care (LTC) business through communication with nursing homes and assisted living residences.
• Identifies Long Term Care and Specialty business opportunities and communicates with Marketers.
• Dispenses medications, related supplies, and provides all clinical pharmacy services.
