Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during shifts and coaching the team to improve performance.
• Assuming Manager duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty and ensuring compliant operations.
• Support inventory management and maintain safety guards and workflow procedures to protect patient safety.
